Dictyophora - Zhu sun

Dictyophora (zhu sun in Chinese) stands out among mushrooms with a unique taste characteristic, making it a culinary marvel appreciated for its visual, olfactory and taste qualities. It ranks among mushrooms in terms of color, aroma and taste, becoming a popular delicacy at feasts. In TCM, the mushroom helps stimulate natural defenses and therefore, its use is frequently recommended to improve the effects of heavy treatments.

Macerate some mushrooms in 1L of warm water for 25 minutes until the mushrooms swell and soften. Discard the water and use the cooked mushrooms to prepare your dishes.

Store away from light and a heat source. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
