Perilla Leaves - Zi su ye

Perilla, or Zi su ye, is a plant that is widely used in Asia because of its many benefits. Perilla leave is used for its digestive and stomach comforting properties.

It is particularly effective for the digestion of shellfish: this plant helps the absorption and elimination of food (even the most difficult to digest) and thus solves problems of stagnation. In addition, it helps to soothe full feelings and stomach sensitivity.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Take 15 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
