Cardamom seeds - Bai dou kou

Cardamom seeds (Bai dou kou in Chinese) come from a plant native to India and are one of the most widely used spices in Asia.

In Chinese pharmacopoeia, they are used to relieve discomfort associated with poor digestion (such as bloating, for example). Indeed, Bai dou kou promotes digestion and helps maintain the digestive tract in good health.
