Mandarin is a citrus fruit that grows on a fruit tree native to Southeast Asia. Mandarin skin, or Chen pi in Chinese, is a key ingredient in TCM because of its many benefits on the respiratory tract.
Indeed, Chen pi is one of the plants that transforms the Mucus hindering the proper functioning of the body. Thus, it dries up dampness, eliminates mucus, soothes coughs and soothes bronchial sensitivity. Moreover, it ensures the good circulation of Qi, which allows it to reduce the feeling of weakness and to give tonicity to the body.
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of skin to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
