Description
Dan zhi xiao yao san formula is a Chinese medicine preparation known to reduce stress and frustration. It combats the effects of toxic heat on the body and promotes the good circulation of Liver and Blood Qi.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Paeonia lactiflora 870 mg, Bupleurum chinense 360 mg, Wolfiporia cocos 360 mg, Zingiber officinale 120 mg, Gardenia jasminoides 255 mg, Angelica sinensis 360 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 360 mg, Mentha x piperita 60 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 255 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan
Usage
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or for people allergic to menthol.
