- Infuse in hot water (80–90 °C) for 10 minutes

- Use 5 to 10 g of Imperial Ginseng

- 10 g of Imperial Ginseng
- 30 g of Chinese yam
- 30 g of Job’s tears

How much water?
Simmer everything gently for 40 to 50 minutes, until the rice becomes tender and the texture creamy.

Warnings
Do not consume in excess: the recommended daily dose should not exceed 15 g.
Not recommended in cases of colds with fever, gum inflammation, or constipation.
