Cat's claw - Gou teng

Cat's claw, or Gou teng in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia that has been used for a very long time for its health benefits, more particularly on circulatory comfort.

Indeed, Gou teng is mostly recommended for its virtues on blood circulation : it balances tension and ensures optimal irrigation of the head, which gives it a soothing action on headaches (headaches). In addition, it soothes musculoskeletal sensitivities and frees the cervical vertebrae and shoulders. Thus, it is an ideal ally to find the comfort of the members and a calmed head.

Herbal tea : Add 15 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat before serving.
