Kadsura Pepper stem grows mainly in the Chinese provinces and is highly valued by the TCM. It is used because of its numerous benefits for the joint comfort.
Indeed, it soothes sensitive joints by strengthening the bones and tonifies the muscles and the tendons in order to promote the healing of injuries. In addition, it is recommended for people prone to gout attacks because it helps to eliminate uric acid in the body.
Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 15 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
