Platycodon, also called Bellflower or Balloon, is a plant native to Asia. Renowned for its buds that swell like balloons before hatching, it is a very popular plant in traditional Chinese medicine, which recommends its root (Jie geng in Chinese) for its benefits on respiratory comfort .
In TCM, Jie geng acts on the Lungs and transforms Mucus. It contributes to the good health of the respiratory organs and is therefore ideal for regaining comfort.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
