Description
The kelp, also called Kombu or Kun bu in Chinese, is a brown seaweed from Japan. This seaweed has been eaten as a vegetable for years in Asia and is well-known for its benefits on health and more precisely for its slimming properties.
Kun bu is essentially used to help slimming : because it is rich in fibre, it suppresses appetite, supports a slow digestion and participates in eliminating fat. It supports very well different diets and is an excellent help to lose weight. Kun bu promotes the renal elimination and therefore it participates in detoxifying the body and **in cleaning the emunctory organs.

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
