Longan fruit is a tropical fruit that grows on the Longan tree, a small tree native to China. A cousin of the lychee, it is very popular in Asia for its very sweet pulp. In traditional Chinese medicine, dried longan (Long yan rou in Chinese) is one of the plants that tonify the Blood.
Indeed, Long yan rou tones and increases the Heart and the Spleen, nourishes the Blood and calms the Shen (the Spirit). Thus, this fruit preserves the balance of the body and allows a regain of tone.
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of fruits to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes slowly before serving. Drink the juice and eat the fruit.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
