Germinated Malt seeds - Mai ya (Sheng)

Malt is the sprouted form of barley, one of the most widely distributed grains in the world.

In traditional chinese medicine, raw malt seeds (Sheng mai ya in chinese) are known to promote female comfort. They contribute in particular to better living with discomfort occurring before menstruation.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g of seeds in 500 mL of water, macerate for 20 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

May contain traces of gluten.
