The malt is the germinated form of barley, one of the most spread cereals in the world.
Its grains, Mai ya in Chinese, are used because of their benefits on the digestive system, essentially on the digestion of difficult food such as cereals that pump water and increase the volume of the bolus. Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Place 10-15 g of seeds in 500 mL of water, macerate for 20 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
