Ginseng Leaves - Ren shen ye

Ginseng is the most known plant of the Chinese pharmacopoeia and no doubt the most famous in the world. It is used in different ways; its roots are generally recommended but also its leaves (Ren shen in chinese) for their stimulating properties.

Ren shen ye is a soft toning that is used in TCM for its ability to tone Qi, and reinforce immune system. In addition, it works on lungs to soothe coughand is well-known for its effects on brain; it improves cognitive performance and helps to stimulate memory and concentration.

Herbal tea: Take 5 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
