Description
Chinese Cinnamon is a widely grown tree in South Asia. Indeed, it is to its aromatic bark that we owe cinnamon, a popular spice all over the world. Cinnamon bark, Rou gui in Chinese, is recommended for people who experience feeling of coldness in the stomach and whose digestion is difficult.
Traditional Chinese medicine gives Rou gui warming properties that act on cold stomachs. Thanks to this action, Rou gui contributes to digestive comfort. In addition, it promotes a normal glucose level and helps strengthen the body.

Advice for use
Tisane : Ajouter 10 g d'écorces à 500 mL d’eau, porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter 5 minutes à petit feu. Servir chaud.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
