San zi yang gin tang is a formula that acts mainly on the Lungs and Diaphragm and helps to reduce the stagnation of mucus in the body. It also regulates the circulation and descent of Qi. Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Raphanus sativus 1020 mg, Perilla frutescens 990 mg, Sinapis alba 990 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
