Sang zhi refers to the branches of the white mulberry tree that native to China that has been spreading for years all over the world.

In TCM, Sang zhi helps to soothe joint sensitivities because it can get rid of Wind-Dampness, excess of which can cause discomforts in the joints. Blood action zhi also can slow the symptoms of oedema and stop water retention.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
