Nicknamed "the sacred herb", Sage is credited with many health benefits, most notably on menopause and the menstrual cycle.
Indeed, the advent of menopause leads to major changes in the lives of women. Sage leaves are well known to effectively relieve menopausal discomforts (hot flashes, intense thirst, irritability, insomnia, etc.), often painful manifestations that negatively impact their daily life. Take 15 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.
