Description
Tong jing han wan boosts Qi and blood circulation and warms up the Middle meridian to soothe the period pains felt by cold sensitive women. Symptoms are cold finger tips, pale carnation, a tendency to feel cold and a cold belly.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Warnings
Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulant or diabetic medication at the same time.
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
