Clematis Root - Wei ling xian

Clematis are flowers of the ranunculus family usually grown for decorative purposes. However, the root of Chinese Clematis (or Wei ling xian) is renowned for its benefits on joint and muscle comfort.

In Chinese medicine, Wei ling xian is known to disperse Wind-Dampness, a duo at the origin of many discomforts. Thus, Wei ling xian contributes to relax the muscles and it preserves the comfort of the joints.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
