Coco-grass - Xiang fu

The coco-grass is native to India, the white and stringy tubers of which are renowned for their medical properties. In China, its rhizome, Xiang Fu, is generally used for its benefits on the feminine comfort.

Xiang fu works well on the blood circulation to regulate the menstrual cycle and to relieve the womb pains. It is then essential to better bear menstrual periods.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
