Description
Yin qiao pian is a famous formula of traditional Chinese medicine which intervenes at the first signs of cold snap. It fights against the manifestations of the presence of perverse energies in the organism and protects the body from the attacks of toxic Heat and Wind.
In TCM, the Wind is the main cause of winter ailments. It combines with Heat to attack the body from the outside and open the door to discomforts such as cough, fever and headache. Yin qiao pian fights against its manifestations by dispersing the Wind and driving out the toxic Heat. In addition, the formula has a lubricating action on the respiratory tract which allows it to effectively relieve the throat.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Forsythia suspensa 650 mg, Lonicera japonica 650 mg, Platycodon grandiflorus 361 mg, Mentha x piperita 361 mg, Arctium lappa 361 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 325 mg, Schizonepeta tenuifolia 289 mg. Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Warnings
Prolonged use may irritate the stomach. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or for people allergic to menthol.
Avoid use if there is a known allergic reaction, particularly to plants in the Asteraceae family. Also, refrain from using if taking diuretic medication concurrently.
Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults over 18 years old.
