Purple Gromwell is one of the oldest Chinese plants. Used in Ancient Egypt and the Greco-Roman world as a dye and for the development of cosmetic products, it is recommended by traditional Chinese medicine for its virtues on skin health.

Because it drives out heat and evacuates toxins, the dried root of purple grommil (Zi cao in Chinese) is recommended to soothe skin sensitivities. Indeed, Zi cao preserves the skin and promotes its radiance.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
