This product is made from high-quality mugwort (Artemisia abrotanum) from China. The moxa grains are small and convenient, burning for approximately 5 minutes each.

The moxa sticks use a smokeless carbonization process, making them suitable for use in enclosed spaces such as offices, hotels when traveling, and more.

One box contains 180 units. Approximative dimension 25mm in height and 5mm in diameter. All our moxa products comply with European standards and traditional Chinese medicine principles.

Before Use: Preparation Steps

• Check the appearance of the moxa stick and its packaging to make sure they are in perfect condition.
• Prepare a moxa lighter, tweezers, and a bowl of water.

Instructions for Use

• Locate the body points to be treated.
• Light the tip of the moxa with a special moxa lighter. (If you don’t have one, a regular lighter will work—it may just take a little longer to ignite.)
• Remove the adhesive at the base of the moxa and place the moxa cone on the selected area.
  • If your skin is sensitive or the heat feels too strong, you can use the insulating paper provided before placing the moxa.
• For beginners or those with sensitive skin:
  
  • If the heat becomes too intense, use tweezers to remove the moxa.
• If the heat feels too strong or uncomfortable, remove the moxa immediately with tweezers.
• Always use tweezers to remove the moxa, then extinguish it in a bowl of water.
• Store the moxa in its original packaging in a dry place. (Avoid damp areas.)

• Preferably use under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.
• Always perform moxibustion in a well-ventilated space.
• Do not use moxa on the face, thin, or very sensitive skin.
• Never touch burning moxa directly with your hands—always use tweezers.
• Do not ingest the silica gel packet included in the package.
• Incorrect use may cause burns.
