Galangal - Gao liang jiang

Little Galangal (Gao liang jiang in Chinese) is a plant native to tropical Asia of the same family as ginger.

Gao liang jiang is used in traditional chinese medicine for its benefits on the digestive sphere : it helps promote digestion, contributes to the normal functioning of the intestinal tract and helps maintain a gastric and intestinal balance harmonious.

Thus, this plant is a natural solution to recover a functional and harmonious digestion.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
