Native to India, ginger is a well known medicinal plant around the world. Throughout Asia, its rhizome is widely used in cooking, but TCM uses it because of its benefits on digestion.

Indeed, dried ginger (gan jiang in Chinese) facilitates the digestion of raw vegetables and shellfish, calms nausea and swelling and warming cold stomachs that are not functioning efficiently. In addition, gan jiang is found in slimming diets as it helps to eliminate fat.

Thus, dried ginger tones the digestive system and promotes healthy and efficient digestion without abdominal discomfort or cramps.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Use for children under 6 years old is not permitted.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
