• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

• Decoction: Add 5-10 g to 500 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Strain before consuming.
