Usages

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Warnings

Do not use concomitantly with contraceptives.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer.
