Qu shi zhu mian bao is a preparation for foot bath composed of 18 Chinese plants.

The foot bath is an external method commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. By acting on the meridians of the foot, Qu shi zhu mian bao overcomes the Heat-Dampness duo and helps to eliminate toxins from the body. It allows the return of urinary comfort and relaxes the body in order to improve the quality of sleep.

The small package contains 3 sachets of 30g, and the large package contains 10 sachets of 30g.

Total of 300g, in 10 sachets of 30g : Wolfiporia cocos 17,7 g, Atractylodes macrocephala 17,7 g, Artemisia capillaris 17,7 g, Pogostemon cablin 17,7 g, Citrus reticulata 16,7 g, Eupatorium fortunei 17,7 g, Citrus aurantium 17,7 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 17,7 g, Zingiber officinale 17,7 g, Artemisia abrotanum 17,7 g, Morus alba 17,7 g, Cinnamomum verum 17,7 g, Zanthoxylum bungeanum 17,7 g, Carthamus tinctorius 17,7 g, Spatholobus suberectus 17,7 g, Fallopia multiflora 17,7 g, Leonurus japonicus 17,7 g

Prepare hot water: Place the sachet in water heated to between 80 and 100°C and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes to fully release the active ingredients from the plants. (You can remove the sachet or leave it in the basin. Avoid rubbing it to prevent damage.)

Adjust the water temperature: Allow the water to cool naturally to around 40-45°C, or add some cold water to adjust the temperature. (If the water cools during the foot bath, you can add hot water to maintain the temperature.)

Water level: Make sure the water fully covers your ankles for optimal effectiveness.

Duration of the foot bath: It is recommended to soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.

Ideal time: Between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., or about 1 hour before bedtime.

Suggested frequency: Daily or every other day.

Tip: After the foot bath, take time to rest and avoid any intense activity immediately for the best results.
