Description
Motherwort Herb, or Yi mu cao in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia that is one of the fifty fundamental plants of traditional Chinese medicine. Its name literally means “the herb that is favorable to mothers” due to its benefits on female health.
In TCM, Yi mu cao acts on the Blood in such a way as to allow a healthy and regular menstrual cycle. In addition, this plant has diuretic effects : by promoting renal elimination, it keeps the urinary tract healthy.
Composition

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
