Fish Mint, also called Chinese lizard tail, is a plant native to Asia, famous for its leaves that change color when exposed to the sun. In Chinese medicine, herb au curé (Yu xing cao in Chinese) is recommended for its benefits on the respiratory sphere.

• Decoction: Place 10-20 grams of herb in 500 mL of water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes before serving.
