Description
Turmeric is a spice currently grown in many parts of South and Southeast Asia. The roots of Turmeric (Jiang huang in Chinese) are used by traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the discomfort associated with blood stagnation.
Jiang huang acts mainly on the digestive sphere : it stimulates appetite, supports liver and biliary function and helps maintain liver health.
In addition, TCM gives it properties on joint health: it supports blood circulation and helps maintain the health of joints and bones.

Usage
Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
