Quackgrass - Chiendent

Native to the northern hemisphere, Quackgrass is a very common weed that invades crops and gardens. Well known for its benefits on the digestive system, it is recommended for people with difficult digestion.

Quackgrass rhizome acts on hepatic disorders by stimulating the liver and regulating bile production. Thus, it favours the digestive process and is recognised as having a stimulating action on transit, which makes it a natural solution to overcome constipation.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
