Shu jin huo luo bao is a foot bath preparation made up of 11 Chinese plants contributing to joint comfort.

The foot bath is an external method commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. By acting on the meridians of the foot, Shu jin huo luo bao activates the Collaterals located between the skin and the muscles (carrying Qi and Blood). Its use is recommended to relax muscles and reinforce joint comfort.

Total of 300g, in 10 sachets of 30g: Liquidambar formosana 27.3g, Lycopodium japonicum 27.3g, Achyranthes bidentata 27.3g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 27.3g, Sargentodoxa cuneata 27.3g, Citrus reticulata 27 .3 g, Artemisia abrotanum 27.3 g, Morus alba 27.3 g, Cinnamomum verum 27.3 g, Zanthoxylum bungeanum 27.3 g, Angelica sinensis 27.3 g.

Infuse a packet in hot water at 40-45°C. Immerse the feet and bathe in them for about 20 minutes. It is preferable that the water arrives at mid-calf level. It is advisable to bathe the feet in the evening before going to bed.
