Eucommia bark - Du zhong

Eucommia is a tree native to the deciduous forests of East Central China. Its bark, Du zhong in Chinese, has been recognized since the dawn of time as it has many benefits on joint well-being.

In TCM, Du zhong favors the circulation of Qi and Blood towards the limbs affected by sensitive joints. By promoting the proper circulation of blood, Du zhong soothes the tendons and strengthens the bones to relieve discomfort in the body and allow the return of joint comfort.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Add 500 mL water to 10-15 g bark. Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve hot or lukewarm, morning or evening.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
