Relieve Your Cycle, Restore Inner Harmony
Painful, irregular, or exhausting periods are a reality for many women. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these imbalances are often linked to stagnation of Qi and Blood in the lower abdomen, poor circulation, or excess cold in the uterus.
Tong Jing Herbal Relief Tea was created to support women during these sensitive times of the month.
Made from three Chinese plants traditionally used to regulate the cycle, stimulate circulation, and ease discomfort, this herbal infusion provides natural and effective support for a more peaceful relationship with your menstrual cycle.

Ingredients
Lindera Root – Wu Yao
A warming root with a spicy aroma, Lindera helps warm the interior and dispel cold. Widely used in TCM to relieve pain caused by Qi stagnation, especially in the lower abdomen. Its warming effect soothes abdominal cramps and helps release blockages.
Nutgrass Rhizome – Xiang Fu
A vital herb for women, known for regulating Liver Qi – a key factor in the menstrual cycle. It harmonizes emotions, balances hormonal activity, and helps regulate menstruation naturally.
Chinese Motherwort – Yi Mu Cao
Promotes blood circulation and helps eliminate stasis. Traditionally used for menstrual issues involving pain, blood clots, or irregular cycles
Several clinical studies (see the Wenjing Zhitong formula for Lindera aggregata and research on Cyperus rotundus) confirm a significant reduction in pain intensity during treatment with these plants.
