Usages
- Ginseng: Infuse 5 slices in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Peach Pectin: Infuse about 10g in 1L of lukewarm water until softened.
- Five Red Bean Porridge: Soak the red beans in about 5 cm of water for 12 hours and the other ingredients for 1 hour. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cook for 30 to 45 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste.
- Herbal Tea to Warm the Body: Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20g) of the mix, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes before serving.
- Mulled Wine Preparation: Add the mix to 750 mL of red wine and heat on low for 10 minutes.
- Gua Sha: Gently massage the targeted areas of the face and body.
